Identifying what is important to you
Facing obstacles
Learning stress management during this difficult time
Grief support
Finding direction to care for your loved one
Life Examples include: Relationships, finding purpose after retirement, finding purpose after divorce, career change exploration
Health Examples include: Weight loss, weight management, exercise exploration, navigating the challenges of a chronic health condition
Each session includes talking about what is going well, what obstacles you are facing, tips and resources from me, action steps to meet your goals
Programs can include:

Building in overall self care with nutrition, sleep, and opportunities for joy and socialization
